the invention relates to a telescopic crane, overhead, and a process of self assembly of precast concrete tower consisting of a plurality of modules that are joined laterally to form sections which are stacked to form tronconiques tower at a vertical column which includes a vertically movable external and internal to the actuator.internal vertical column ends at the upper part of a rotary machine with horizontally connected to a horizontal arm terminating at the opposite end by a pulley which is moved to the lifting cable.the invention has the advantage of being able to be mounted in the interior of the tower, thereby eliminating the use of expensive large crane operating for a long time. it can significantly reduce the cost and time of installation of the tower, and in addition to the installation of the wind conditions not favorable.
