The present invention consists of a mechatronic device that is controlled and modular, having the ability of constantly notifying the user about his own water consumption, using visual and auditory mechanisms as a warning about an automatic self-imposed user penalty with a substantial reduction in the amount of supplied water when the consumption exceeds the quantity of used liquid and specified in cubic meters by the user, under his own criteria.
