The present disclosure is related to a cellular reprogramming process using TALEN and phage technologies, with which is intended to have an in situ control of the genetically modified bacterial cells. The above, through a genetic manipulation by plasmidic digestion in the bacterium; preventing future recombination of the same, bordering the GMO to release the genetic content. Optionally, novel genetic encoding sequences of proteins of interest may be added. The process proposed here, is based on the use of site-specific recognition TALENs of relatively short DNA sequences being previously inserted into the reprogramming target GMO.
