The present disclosure is related to a computer-based system for health promotion which includes an inference engine, a knowledge base, a fact base, a knowledge interface, a data interface, and an external database, which as a whole, provides data for a user about of physical activity and food information based on nutritional aspects, contemplating food preferences, traditional dishes, and a budget according to the economic level of the user.
