The present invention relates to a mobile bed system with the helical flow by components resistant to extreme climates and saline environments including the aim of removing all biodegradable materials in the shortest possible space and time, into containers withstanding capable thereof. The RMM (Mixed Media Reactor) wastewater treatment system consists of an operation train housed in plastic containers wherein each biological reactor is a mobile bed with helical flow possessing injected air bubbles moving upwardly therein. Then, a small fraction of said injected bubbles are attached to plastic carriers and rotate continuously inside thus affording the constant oxygen supply to the bacteria fixed inside the carrier which allows the aeration system to be efficient at low energy consumption. The system also includes a concrete channel for receiving the raw water, consisting of two coarse screening grids (2), (3) thus holding particles larger than 13mm of thickness, as well as other types of non-biodegradable materials capable of blocking the pipes. Furthermore, the system possesses a regulator and homogenization tank which affords to handle a constant and averaged quality water flow thus controlling it by means of a submersible pumps system (16),(7) with a reserve unit automating its operation by an electro-levels set of encapsulated pear-shaped mercury (4), (5) thus allowing the stopping/starting of the pump, depending on the existing water strap. Each submersible pump includes a 2-inch water pipe connection to a self-cleaning fine screening grid (10) thus retaining fine non-biodegradable materials. Said pumps are housed in a rectangular polypropylene container, provided with an overly lateral pouring to ensure the regular flow avoiding the use of regulating valves in the feed line.
