A method, computer program product and a hand held processor controlled user device for generating service activities report data capturing objects in or at a building to be serviced. Floorplan data representative of a floor of a building or property and at least one object to be serviced at said floor are displayed by a display of the user device. First and second images of an identified object are captured by an image capturing device of the user device, together with first and second timestamp data, marking the start and end of service to be performed in relation to the identified object. From the images and timestamp data captured service activities report data are generated.
