The method involves releasing two distinct scrambling (20, 21) of data to provide two sets of scrambled data. Inverse Fourier transform of the scrambled data are determined, and amplitude dynamics of each data are determined after determining the inverse Fourier transform. One of the set of scrambled data is selected from the two sets of the scrambled data using a selection module (26), where the selected set of scrambled data is intended to transmit and present amplitude dynamic compatible with maximum dynamic authorized by an assembly formed by digital-to-analog converter and an amplifier. An independent claim is also included for a system for transmitting data from a unit towards another unit.
