Disclosed is the use of (+)-2-[1-(3-ethoxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2-methylsulfonylethyl]-4-acetylaminoisoindoline-1,3-dione (apremilast), alone or in combination with a second active agent, in the manufacture of a medicament for treating psoriatic arthritis.
