The purpose of the notification is, as shown in the drawing, to produce extruded organic products from raw material containing organic polymer, polylactic acid (PLA),polycaprolactone (PCL) or polyhydroxyalkanolates (PHA),starch,emulsifiers and additives. In this way the raw material is extruded in the extruder cylinder. In a process involving continuous control of the extruded product parameters and setting process parameters according to the extruded product parameters, it is characteristic that the extruded product is illuminated by a lamp (4, 10) a visible wavelength lamp from 380 to 780 nm or a near-red light of wavelength 700 to 1000 nm, followed by a light passing through an extruded product by a light receiver (5, 11),whose output signal is transmitted to the controller (6),which determines the parameters of the extrusion process on the basis of the deviations of the recorded signal from the standard established for the product concerned.
