the application concerns two genes encoding dehydryny barley (hvdhn4 and hvdhn7) and two genes encoding barley peroxidase (hvprx6 and hvprx10), for which a sequence primers for determining the level of expression of these genes dedicated.the application also concerns the analysis of gene expression hvdhn4, hvdhn7, hvprx6 and hvprx10 using pairs of primers developed, how to identify barley varieties tolerant to drought, on the basis of the analysis of these genes expression, and the application will anych genes to select varieties tolerant to drought.
