The invention relates to a process, a plant for taking over the slag, a draining platform and a batcher, intended to be used for energetic recycling of mechanically- and chemically-incomplete unburnt matter from the slag discharged from lignite-fired boilers. According to the invention, the process consists in taking over the slag from the boiler, before its being discharged to the sludge channel, using an inclined conveyor belt with scrapers, discharging it into a temporary-storage bunker, followed by discharging the slag therefrom into motor vehicles that convey the slag to a concrete-lined platform within the solid-fuel store of the electric power plant, provided with draining channels for the discharge of slag imbibed water, storing the slag for at least 24 h for water removal, followed by the preparation of an as homogeneous as possible mixture of slag and ground biomass, according to experimentally obtained mixing diagrams, using a front loader with a bucket of at least 3 m, the mixture being then conveyed to a batcher wherefrom it is recycled, in a controlled manner, into the furnace, along with the coal. The plant for taking over the slag, as claimed, consists of a conveyor belt with scrapers, inclined at 21...24°, with an output of 8 t/h, which conveys the slag up to a temporary-storage bunker having a capacity of 18 m, provided with vane valve and vibration means. The platform, as claimed by the invention, is made of concrete and has a surface of 180 mwhich provides a storage volume of 600 m, lengthwise divided into six equal parts: three for slag storage and three for biomass. The claimed batcher consists of a supply bunker of 10 mprovided with a weighting machine of 10 t and a worm extractor of variable rotary speed, it has a conveyor with rubber belt provided with a weighting machine, the nominal volumetric output of the extractor being of 115 m/h, while the minimum output is 15% of the nominal one.
