The invention relates to an installation and a process for simultaneously distributing thermal energy from a pellet burner to multiple destinations by three different sources. According to the invention, the installation is made so that a multi-system burner (A) is connected with some fire tubes (1 and 2), connected to some radiant tubes (4), mounted at the upper side of a space to be heated and which are connected to an exhauster (6) further connected to a heat exchanger (C) comprising a pipe (10) through which the burnt gases pass and which is mounted into another pipe (11) closed at the ends and provided at one end with a turn connection (12) with a valve (13), and at the other end with a return connection (14) with a valve (15) and a water circulation pump (16), the two turn-return connections (12 and 14) being coupled to a container (17) with the role of storing exchanger of hot water for consumption or for heating other spaces by means of heaters, and the fire tubes (1 and 2) are covered by a pipe (18) provided with some orifices (a and b) in the upper side, which is in connection with another exhauster (19) which is also connected to a space (22) for cooling the multi-system burner (A), defined between an exterior body (20) and an interior body (21) and by means of which the hot air is transferred towards some pipes (d and e) which supply other spaces with hot air. As claimed by the invention, the process, carried out by means of the installation, consists in directing the burnt gases from the multi-system burner (A), which are absorbed by means of an exhauster (6) and they are introduced into a tube (4), after which the exhauster (6) conveys the burnt gases to an exchanger (C) where they deliver the heat to a water container (17) of the tank-in-tank type and another exhauster (19) provides the cold air access through some orifices (a and b) with variable flow, extracts the hot air from around the tubes (1 and 2), from the space between them and a pipe (18).
