The invention provides a method for synthesis and application of the polymeric matrices series within systems for controlled release of biologically active agents of various sizes, structure and hydrophilicity. Obtained polymer systems for controlled release have shown specific properties, which makes them suitable for both oral and topical use. Oral administration of obtained systems may provide controlled/targeted release, which prevents side effects of the active agents on the organs of gastro-intestinal tract upper part, which occur when conventional doze forms are used. Topical administration of obtained systems for controlled release of zinc, which has antibacterial properties and participates in damaged tissue regeneration actively, may find significant place in the area of wound healing. Synthesis and application of the invention contributes to the development of sophisticated polymer systems for controlled/targeted release of the active agents, which leads to pharmacotherapy increased efficiency.
