Subject of the invention are props for methods of training of ball sports, racket sports and martial arts. The invention relates to a technical solution in the field of sports technology. The technical problem solved by the invention is thus the construction of props with the corresponding technical characteristics so that they enable the unification of all the main methods of training as an initial and continuing parallel training in ball sports, racket sports and martial arts, which are essential to coordinate and maximize the development of technical and tactical and motor skills in children, adolescents, people with intellectual disabilities and people with disabilities. A combination of a gaming table with a particularly rounded plate shape (1), adjustable heights of the playing surface (15) and (16), the grid structure (20) and the ball (18) defines the invention as a unique gaming form, allowing for better exploitation of the sporting potential and changing the mode training and connection with sport, encourages adaptation of training practices and offers more training opportunities.
