This utility model generally relates to a process for producing a health drink comprising the steps of dissolving cane sugar and lemongrass oil in hot purified water and mixing the calamansi (Citrus mitis blanco) fruit extract until a desired consistency of a solution is obtained. There are no synthetic additives added and no heating of substances for long period of time were employed in preparing the health drink formulation in order to preserve the natural nutrients, antioxidant properties, and enzymes present in the juice. Thus, the health drink formulation provides readily available alternative natural product to the increasingly aware health conscious consumers.
