The present utility model discloses the process of producing Majalunggay (Moringa Pudding) that has many nutritional values, helps strengthen the immune system and can be used as a substitute in other expensive desserts comprising the steps of washing the malunggay stalks, removing the leaves from the stalks, putting the leaves, adding water then blending and setting it aside. Bringing to a gentle boil the coconut milk and sugar in a condensed milk and the blended malunggay, stirring the mixture to thicken, pouring the mixture into a greased pan, chilling for a faster process of gelatinization and slicing into desired sizes.
