The invention comprising: obtaining a voltage signal at an impedance grounding transformer connected to; obtaining a second voltage signal between one of the terminals of the rectifier and the transformer neutral; perform an angular comparison between the voltage vectors corresponding to both voltage signals; and determine if there is a lack according to a preset threshold.
