The helicopter with crown and fins, is a vertical takeoff ship whose cabin (1) is shaped like a Gaussian bell, and, at its ends it has groups of fins (4) that connect each other to a wing (2) through the area upper cabin (1). Under the cabin floor (1) are located the horizontal propellers (13), which have their axis of rotation in the center of a crown (16), which has the same diameter as the horizontal propellers (13). This crown (16) is connected to the pinion (14) of the axis of the vertical propellers (15) located in the rear area of the crown (16). A motor (5), -in the anterior area of the crown (16) -, connects its gearwheel (6) with a gear train-cone (8, 9, 10, 11), which, on the other end, connects its last crown (11), with the toothed wheel of the horizontal propeller shaft (13).
