Particles and carbonaceous materials with optimized properties, processes for their preparation, and applications thereof. The present invention relates to the method for obtaining particles and carbonaceous materials with properties optimized characterized by comprising a lignin as carbon precursor and H {sub, 3} PO {sub, 4} as a chemical agent, and the electrospinning or electrospinning of said mixture, said process comprising 1 to 3 additional steps to the electrospinning or electrospinning which in turn encompass up to 6 different processes and are made, as appropriate, from at one atmosphere, inert or oxidizing, up to three atmospheres different. The present invention also relates the use of the device described in patent document ES2326455A1: and particles and carbonaceous materials obtained by any of the process variants and applications or uses of said particles and said carbonaceous materials.
