Apparatus for horizontally guiding optical fiber cables and to deposit horizontally excessive cable lengths thereof in the region of a distributor fiber optic device, said apparatus comprising a main body (11) having a base wall (12) and longitudinal walls (13, 14) angled with respect to the base wall (12) and extending on longitudinal sides of the base wall (12), wherein the base wall (12) defines together with longitudinal walls (13, 14) the main body (11) profiled with a profile in U shape, said main body being open at least on one narrow side of the base wall and having a hole horizontal passage (15) of the wires on at least one narrow side, in which at least one orifice vertical step (16) of the cables is inserted into the base wall (12), and wherein at least one deflection element (17) for cables optical fiber is positioned on the wall base (12) between the two longitudinal walls (13, 14), characterized in that the deflection element (17) respective has at the first end (19) an end wall (22) with a curved slot (23) within which a fastener (24) is projected to fix the deflection element (17) corresponding to the base wall (12) of the main body (11) being rotatable deflection element (17) respective relative to the base wall (12) of the main body (11) when the fastener (24) is loosened, and the deflection element (17) respective is not rotatable relative to the base wall (12) of the main body (11 ) when the fastener (24) is tightened.
