The present invention called "Rankine three-cycle thermoelectric plant and a direct expansion turbine whose cold focus comes from the sification of liquefied natural gas", is the use of the LNG regasification process to be used as a cold focus of a thermoelectric plant. It is made up of three Rankine cycles and a direct expansion GN turbine, connected to an average torque electric generator of an axis. This plant is fed with heat from both the industry and the environmental environment based on seawater, rivers, lakes or ambient air. Rankine cycles operate with argon, methane and methane (or R14) respectively, while the GN direct expansion turbine operates with natural gas (GN) regasified and intended for consumption.
