A method of preparing a compound of Formula II, or a salt thereof: ** Formula ** comprising contacting a compound of Formula II-A: ** Formula ** with a compound of Formula II-B: * * Formula ** under reaction conditions, forming the compound of Formula II or the salt thereof; where R1 and R2 are independently C1-6 alkyl; R3 and R4 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, fluoro, chloro, bromo and methoxy; and R5 is selected from the group consisting of fluoro, chloro, bromo and methoxy.
