A device feeding tube for post-pyloric feeding, comprising: a probe flexible feed (101) having a light supply (109) along the same to drive a digestible substance, a proximal end (108 ), a central portion (107) and a distal end (106) with a plurality of openings dishing and supply (103) along the same for the supply of said indigestible substance therethrough, the said flexible feed probe sized and shaped to be disposed within the esophagus so that at least said distal end passes through the esophageal sphincter of a patient; a unit imaging having an image sensor (102) mounted on a tip of said distal end to reproduce a space image forming in front thereof; a tilting mechanism including a tilting wire (104) extending along said probe flexible feed and mechanically connected to said distal end and adapted to tilt said distal end with respect to said central portion; wherein said plurality of openings of dishing and power are arranged so that when said tilting mechanism tilts said distal end, said at least one opening camber and feed narrows.
