A method of ultrasonic textile impregnation with metal oxide nanoparticles comprising the steps of: a. preparing a solution of water and ethanol; b. add M (Ac) 2 to said solution forming a mixture; c. immersing said textile in said mixture; d. adjusting the pH of said mixture to basic pH by adding aqueous ammonia; and. purging said mixture to remove traces of CO2 / air; F. irradiating said powder mixture with an ultrasonic high intensity; g. washing said textile with water to remove traces of ammonia; h. further washing said textile with ethanol and air drying, said method characterized in that said M is selected from the group consisting of Zn, Mg or Cu; further wherein said irradiation is performed in an ultrasonic frequency range such that a compound of bacteriostatic metal oxide and textile containing nanoparticles homogeneously impregnated metal oxide occurs.
