A production method of gene expression profiling to identify genomic signatures linked to survival prognosis in a subject with symptomatic multiple myeloma or multiple myeloma, comprising: determining expression levels of genes consisting of KIF14, SLC19A1, CKS1B, YWHAZ , MPHOSPH1, TMPO, NADK, LARS2, TBRG4, AIM2, ASPM, AHCYL1, cTBS, MCLCs, ltbp1 and genes with detectable nucleic acids having reference numbers 242488_at Affymetrix microarray and 1557277_a_at in Affymetrix U133Plus2.0 in a sample nucleic acid from plasma cells isolated from the subject; and determining the presence of abnormal levels of expression, holding thereby the subject's prognosis.
