A modified release oral dosage form of terbutaline sulfate for use in the treatment of nocturnal hypoglycaemia, characterized in that after administration to a subject the dosage form releases terbutaline sulfate after a delay time of at least 1 hour , during which time nothing, or substantially nothing, is released from the terbutaline sulfate.
