Wing end device, wind turbine blade or hydraulic turbine that uses the kinetic energy of the marine currents that allows to diminish and even cancel out the marginal vortexes called vortices, since said device is suitable to be fixed at the end of said wing or blade (2) to the interface (3) and since said device has a cylindrical channel provided with one or more helical grooves (8) made in said cylindrical channel to allow the total evacuation of residual fluid outwards, characterized by the fact of that said device also has a curve (4) of its leading edge that ensures the coanda effect and ends at a point (7) that is located substantially in the center of the device and coincides with an oval inlet (9) of said channel cylindrical.
