Mixture to be introduced into the slag located above the melt in the metallurgical industry iron and steel metal, comprising the following components in the following weight proportions: 1.1 dolomite crude in the range of 10 to 90 mass% ; 1.2. one or more additional components, at least, comprise the following constituents: 1.2.1. MgO and 1.2.2. carbon in the range of 90 to 10 mass%; 1.3 the mixture comprises other components as at least one of the magnesia-carbon components and caustic magnesite in the following mass proportions: magnesia-carbon: 10 to 50 mass%; caustic magnesite: 10 to 50 mass%.
