A rotationally driven high speed separate spoiler system (232, 300), comprising: a separate high lift spoiler (306) that can be operated to engage a wing shape (302) by a rotary actuator (312) in a separate high lift spoiler hinge line (418) and the rotary and operable actuator to change a curvature (416) of the wing shape; the rotary actuator (312) coupled to the high-speed separate spoiler and operable to produce a rotary motion of the high-lift separate spoiler in response to a drive command; a drop panel (308) positioned on the hinge line and operable to improve the lift of a separate high lift spoiler; a vault rim door (310) positioned below the hinge line and operable to provide air flow over the separate high lift spoiler; and a deployment link mechanism (304, 502, 602, 702, 802) coupled to the separate high-lift spoiler and operable to position the drop panel and dome flange door in response to rotary motion.
