Composite membrane with controlled release in which said membrane comprises hydrophobic styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (2) as hydrophobic continuous medium (5) and Pickering emulsion droplets comprising ice-forming agents surrounded and stabilized by hydrophobic silica nanoparticles (8) as a hydrophilic dispersed medium (6).
