Method for the isolation of intact fetal erythroblasts from a peripheral blood sample of a pregnant woman, comprising the stages of: a. apply a laminar flow by gravitational field fractionation and flow (GrFFF) to the blood sample containing intact fetal erythroblasts, and b. isolate intact fetal erythroblasts from the other components of the blood.
