Described are computer-based methods and apparatuses, including computerprogramproducts, for providing context-based user authentication, workflow processingand datamanagement in a centralized application in communication with a plurality ofthird-partyapplications. Changed data from a first third-party application is received bya centralizedapplication. The changed data is processed by the centralized application. Theprocessingcomprises determining an urgency type, a second third-party application towhich at least aportion of the data is applicable, mapping the data to a second third-partyapplication datastructure, and generating a request including the data structure and based onthe urgency typeand the second third-party application. The request is sent to the secondthird-party application.Data in a database associated with the centralized application is updatedbased on the changeddata.
