A mobile wireless communications device for use with anauthorization server and a transaction terminal includes afirst near field communication (NFC) device. The mobilewireless communications device includes a second NFC device,at least one movement sensor, and a processor configured tosend a transaction request via the second NFC device to thefirst NFC device of the transaction terminal, and senddetected data representing a pattern of movement detected bythe at least one movement sensor from among a plurality ofdifferent patterns of movement to the authorization server.The different patterns of movement each corresponds todifferent transaction authorization levels. The authorizationserver is configured to generate authorization data for anauthorized transaction not exceeding the authorization levelassociated with the detected pattern of movement based uponthe detected data. The transaction terminal is configured toperform the authorized transaction based upon the transactionrequest and the authorization data and without exceeding theauthorization level associated with the detected pattern ofmovement.
