A computer system to engage patients with a treating community, comprising adata storage unit capable of storing patient data, a central processing unitprogrammed and operatively connected to the data storage unit to store andaccess the patient data stored in the data storage unit, a server operativelyconnected to the central processing unit being accessible through a securednetwork, a program stored in the central processing unit engaging patientsthroughincenting activities promoting the collection of patient data; and a userinterfaceoperatively connected to the computer system allowing patients to access theprogram over the secured network and allowing a treating community to accesspatient data stored in the computer system over the secured network.
