Methods and apparatus to form a biometric based information communicationsystem aredescribed. In some examples, the biometric based information communicationsystem comprisesbiomedical devices with sensing means, wherein the sensing means produces abiometric result.In some examples the biometric based information communication system maycomprise a userdevice such as a smart phone paired in communication with the biomedicaldevice. A biometricmeasurement result may trigger a communication of a biometric basedinformationcommunication message.
