Thesystem includes a product inventory monitor including atleast one processor having a memory and a communicationslink, and at least one of a minimum-maximum item matrixand an item supplier dependency matrix. The systemincludes a manufacturing line item sensor network coupledto the product inventory monitor and configured tomonitor in real-time inventory levels of a plurality ofcomponents, sub-assemblies, and assemblies in the productinventory used for a manufacturing line for manufacturingan object. The system includes a disruption patterndetector in communication with the manufacturing lineitem sensor network, and configured to detect normal andabnormal inventory turns, and to generate therefromnormal and disruption patterns. The system includes aresource allocator configured to monitor the normal anddisruption patterns and to allocate resources todifferent projects when a disrupted pattern occurs.
