The invention relates to the field of construction, and more particularly to geotextile web structures, and can be used for stabilizing shorelines, reservoir beds, slopes and retaining wall bridge abutments in the oil and gas, transport and hydraulic engineering industries, and in other fields of construction. A blank for producing a seamless geotextile web is made of a flexible sheet material (1) with slits (2) formed therein, said slits having a middle portion (3) in the shape of a straight line and two end portions (4) in the shape of a curve, wherein the middle portions (3) of the slits (2) are arranged in rows (R1, R2,...RN) and slit lines in adjacent rows are offset from one another in the direction of the slits. The technical result is an increase in the tensile strength of a geotextile web and a reduction in the outlay entailed in manufacturing same.
