A spinning forming method for coloured flame-retardant viscose filaments and staple fibres without dyeing, comprising: providing a mixed spinning liquor prepared by mixing a silicon-nitrogen flame retardant, a mill base and an alpha cellulose viscose; providing a spinning acid bath prepared by mixing sulphuric acid, zinc sulphate and sodium sulphate; deforming and filtering the mixed spinning liquor, feeding the mixed spinning liquor into the spinning acid bath through a metering pump and a spinning nozzle, and carrying out coagulation forming and spinning drawing so as to obtain continuous coloured filaments; providing a curing treatment solution containing a Ti4+ and Ca2+ cation complex solution; curing the continuous coloured filaments, or chopping the continuous coloured filaments into staple fibres of 38-120 mm, and feeding the staple fibres into a curing treatment solution for curing; and respectively water washing, drying and packaging the cured filaments or staple fibres, so as to obtain the finished coloured filaments or staple fibres. In the present invention, a downstream dyeing procedure is omitted, and the environmental pollution from spinning printing and dyeing wastewater as well as the hazards of dyeing products to human bodies are maximally reduced or avoided.
