[Problem] To provide a technique for measuring a state of stress by objective symptoms having a correlation with stress in a mobile terminal device. [Solution] The present invention addresses the problem through development of a program having recorded therein in a manner readable and executable by a mobile terminal device: a video-ON step for turning ON a moving image capturing function of the mobile terminal; a light-ON step for turning ON a light provided on an image-capturing lateral surface of the mobile terminal; a pupil recognition step for recognizing pupils of eyes of animals including humans within an image that is being captured; and a pupil change calculation step for calculating pupil change that is the change in the dilation level of a recognized pupil over time.
