Disclosed are a segmentation and reconstruction method and device for teeth and the alveolar bone. The solution can simultaneously segment two-dimensional profiles of each individual tooth and two-dimensional profiles of an alveolar bone, and then reconstruct a digitalized three-dimensional model of each individual tooth according to the two-dimensional profiles of the individual tooth and a digitalized three-dimensional model of the alveolar bone according to the two-dimensional profiles of the alveolar bone to help to realize digitalized orthodontic treatment assistance.
