Disclosed are an inflatable tent valve and an inflatable tent connection structure. The valve comprises an inner tube (1), a rotary switching piece (2) and a sleeve tube with an inner cavity (3), wherein a top end of the inner tube (1) is provided with a ventilation blind hole (10) used for being in communication with a connection air tube, furthermore, an outer wall of the inner tube (1) is provided with at least one first ventilation hole (11) in communication with the ventilation blind hole (10), a bottom end of the inner tube (1) is inserted in the inner cavity of the sleeve tube (3); said at least one first ventilation hole (11) is located in the inner cavity; a bottom wall of the sleeve tube (3) is provided with a second ventilation hole (30) in communication with an inflation tube, and a bottom end of the inner tube (1) is provided with a convex post (12) which can block the second ventilation hole (30); and the rotary switching piece (2) can be sheathed outside the inner tube (1) in a rotatable manner, and said rotary switching piece (2) is in a threaded connection with the sleeve tube (3) so that the inner tube (1) can move axially in the inner cavity of the sleeve tube (3). The above-mentioned inflatable tent valve has good air-tightness, which realizes the sealing of the air in the inflation tube.
