An elevator shaft dimension measurement device is provided with: a plurality of 3D distance image sensors that are on the same circle, face the center of the circle, are disposed so as to be oriented at an elevated angle with respect to a horizontal plane, and output measurement data by imaging a subject that is a pattern irradiated onto elevator shaft inner walls; and a computer that integrates the measurement data output from the plurality of 3D distance image sensors at a plurality of height positions within the elevator shaft, generates first combined measurement data covering 360° in the horizontal direction, creates second combined measurement data arrived at by aligning multiple items of the first combined measurement data, and calculates the dimensions of the elevator shaft on the basis of the second combined measurement data.
