POLICY CONTROL METHOD FOR THIRD PARTY APPLICATION, SCEF AND PCRF

Disclosed are a policy control method for a third party application, service capability exposure framework (SCEF) and policy and charging rules function (PCRF), and computer storage medium. The method comprises: making an authorization decision, by the SCEF, on a subscribed overall quality of service (QoS) of a third party application server (AS); and transmitting a QoS request to the PCRF, wherein the PCRF makes an authorization decision, using the QoS request, on the QoS of a service requested by a user equipment (UE), and generates policy and charging control rules.
