ELECTRONIC SAFETY SYSTEM FOR NFC SMARTPHONES FOR PAYMENTS AND PRIVATE ACCESSES

The present invention refers to a hardware and software system which is able to ensure a high level of safety for users of smartphones and/or other devices with NFC (Near Field Communication) technology for payments and private accesses. More particularly, the invention relates to an electronic system comprising a programmable RFID chip and a management software interfacing with the NFC technology of the latest- generation smartphones and/or other devices to make more safety the use of said smartphones and/or other devices in case of loss and/or theft. The system is configured to enable or disable the payments or the accesses to private properties. An "enabling" chip with RFID technology is added to some personal use accessories to ensure the actual physical presence of the owner of the smartphone and/or other device, while safeguarding the same owner from any other use of the smartphone and/or other device by third parties in the event of loss and/or theft of said smartphone.
