A synchronous printing and dyeing control system for a DSP- and FPGA-based embedded controller, including a signal collection module and a signal processing module connected thereto via a bus, wherein the signal collection module includes an FPGA, and a rotation speed sensor and a data transmission module which are connected thereto; the signal processing module includes a DSP processor, and a display module, a communication module, a keyboard input module, a frequency converter and a power supply module which are connected thereto; and an analogue-digital conversion circuit, an amplification circuit and a filter circuit which are sequentially connected are further arranged between the rotation speed sensor and the FPGA.
