A performance synchronization and statistics method for a cluster device and a system. The method is applied to a first node as a master node in a cluster device, and comprises: collecting counter values of statistical objects on all nodes comprising the first node in a cluster; respectively summarizing a counter value of a statistical object on each node, and generating a statistics record; and synchronizing the statistics record to other nodes in the cluster device except for the first node.
