A mud cake water permeability-based dredged slurry dehydration method sequentially comprises the following steps: (a) adding a flocculant into dredged slurry to form floccules-containing transition slurry; and (b) drawing and filtering the transition slurry by taking geotechnical cloth as a filtering medium to form a mud cake on the surface of the geotechnical cloth, and continuously drawing and filtering so as to separate mud and water of the transition slurry. The dehydration method can continuously pump water since a mud cake generated in the drawing and filtering process of formed floccules has good water permeability, such that not only is geotechnical cloth prevented from being blocked, but water is also allowed to pass for realizing continuous dehydration, slurry is rapidly reduced, a small field is needed, slurry treatment efficiency is improved, and slurry treatment cost is reduced.
