A pancreatic cancer protein biomarker and applications thereof. The marker comprises detectable CRP, ICAM-1, OPG, and CA19-9 in stable existence in the human serum/plasma. The pancreatic protein biomarker is acquired by means of screening via a low-abundance difference research, is shown to participate in the development and progression of pancreatic cancer, is a credible early-stage biomarker of pancreatic cancer, and provides increased specificity and sensitivity compared with an existing detection marker. On such basis, further provided are a detection chip for the pancreatic cancer protein biomarker and a detection apparatus comprising the detection chip. The detection chip is fixed on a solid-phase substrate to form a chip on the basis of a specific CRP monoclonal antibody, ICAM-1 monoclonal antibody, OPG monoclonal antibody, and CA19-9 monoclonal antibody immunized and prepared using CRP, ICAM-1, OPG, and CA10-9, detects the biomarker proteins by means of antigen-antibody specificity combination, and provides increased accuracy and specificity.
