A movable drill pile of a pile driver for a cement-soil mixing pile, comprising an actuating housing (1) having a cavity. Provided on the actuating housing is at least one through hole (11) running in the axial direction through the entire actuating housing. Arranged within the through hole is a rotatable and cylindrical guide sleeve (2). Arranged within the guide sleeve is a drill pile (3) running through the entire actuating housing. Also, arranged between the drill pile and the guide sleeve is an axial guide structure (4). The guide sleeve is connected to a circumferential rotating mechanism (5) capable of driving the guide sleeve into rotating circumferentially. The drill pile is connected to an axial driving mechanism (6) capable of driving the drill pile into sliding back and forth. In the movable drill pile, the drill pile body can telescope axially and can slide axially while rotating circumferentially, is not prone to a phenomenon of obstructed drilling, and increases the circumference of the cross-section of a constructed cement-soil mixing pile, thus increasing the resistance of the cement-soil mixing pile against being pulled.
