A carbon dioxide concentration monitoring device of the present utility model can monitor in real time the concentration of carbon dioxide inside the transparent casing, convert a carbon dioxide concentration signal into an electrical signal, and transmit the electrical signal to the industrial control instrument. The industrial control instrument controls the switching-on and switching-off of the third electromagnetic valve according to the electrical signal sent by the carbon dioxide concentration monitoring device so as to keep the carbon dioxide inside the transparent casing at a concentration suitable for plant growth.
